Whistleblower Policy

Serpit is committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity, and accountability. This Whistleblower Policy (“Policy”) provides a safe and confidential way for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, unethical practices, or violations of law occurring within https://serpit.com.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to:

• Encourage the reporting of suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.
• Establish clear procedures for raising concerns.
• Ensure investigations are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all employees, officers, contractors, and partners of Serpit. Reports may relate to, but are not limited to:

• Financial fraud, accounting irregularities, or misrepresentation.
• Corruption, bribery, or conflicts of interest.
• Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct.
• Violations of laws, regulations, or company policies.
• Health and safety concerns.

3. Reporting Misconduct

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns in good faith by:

• Emailing hello@serpit.com directly.
• Submitting reports through designated internal reporting channels (if applicable).
• Requesting anonymity when submitting concerns.

Reports should include sufficient detail to allow for a proper investigation, such as dates, names, and descriptions of the incident.

4. Confidentiality

All whistleblower reports will be treated as confidential to the maximum extent possible. Information will be shared only with individuals who need it to investigate and resolve the matter.

5. Non-Retaliation

Serpit strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports misconduct or participates in an investigation. Retaliation may include demotion, harassment, discrimination, or termination. Any retaliation should be reported immediately to hello@serpit.com and will result in disciplinary action.

6. Investigations

Upon receipt of a report, Serpit will:

• Acknowledge the report where possible.
• Conduct a prompt and impartial investigation.
• Take appropriate corrective or disciplinary action if misconduct is confirmed.

Employees are expected to cooperate fully with investigations.

7. False or Malicious Reports

While all good-faith reports are protected, knowingly submitting false or malicious allegations is a violation of this Policy and may result in disciplinary action.

8. Policy Review

This Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws. Updates will be posted on https://serpit.com, and employees will be expected to comply with revised terms.
